Sitting on tiny plastic stools on a bustling sidewalk, squeezed on the end of a bright red table, sharing bowls of hot, fresh phở gà on the streets of Hanoi, Vietnam.
We were swept up in the perfume of star anise, food cooked over charcoal and diesel fuel. There’s nothing that compares.
We started this blog to share a little of what we’ve seen and what we’ve learned.
